In the bidding stage, the bidding quantity list provides an equal and common basis for the bidding competition of bidders. The bill of quantities will list all the engineering projects required to be completed by the bidder and the number of corresponding engineering entities, and provide bidders with information on the basic content, entity quantity and quality requirements of the proposed project.
